Power station commissioning

The power station commissioning is through the static detection of equipment and systems, the single trial transfer, the sub-system trial operation, and finally complete the complete set of trial run and continuous operation test of the unit to ensure the safe, reliable and economical operation of the unit. The commissioning work is an important part of comprehensively testing the design, manufacture and construction quality of the main engine and its supporting equipment, and exerting key investment procedures.
Under normal circumstances, the basic process of power plant commissioning is as follows:
The contents of the power station commissioning are described by the following categories:
1. Commissioning of thermal power units (burning coal, fuel)
The thermal power unit commissioning mainly includes: boiler wind smoke system, combustion system, main water supply system, ash removal system, turbine lubricating oil system, top shaft oil system, EH oil system, bypass system, regulating security system, vacuum system, circulating water system. , condensate system, open water system, closed water system, sealing oil system, hydrogen system, stator cooling water system, chemical water system, condensate polishing system, wastewater treatment system and other sub-system debugging.
In the whole set of starting process, the equipment thermal state adjustment test, steam turbine punching constant speed test, turbine side oil pump switching test, fuel injection test, valve tightness test and overspeed test, electric side generator short circuit test, excitation system test, unit Large interlock test, boiler side steam tightness test, school safety valve and steam washing silicon test, etc., in the subsequent load process, successively commissioning, input related automatic, to achieve full load continuous operation test requirements, and contract requirements Other related tests.

2. Gas-steam combined cycle unit
The gas-steam combined cycle unit combines a gas turbine, a waste heat boiler and a steam turbine into one unit. Compressed air is compressed by a compressor, compressed air and fuel (natural gas or fuel) are burned in the combustion chamber, high-temperature flue gas enters the gas turbine for work, and the exhaust gas of the gas turbine is introduced into the waste heat boiler to generate steam, which is heated into superheated steam and then enters. The steam turbine performs work to realize the combined cycle of the gas turbine and the steam turbine.
The commissioning process includes: compressor system, gas turbine lubricating oil system, top shaft oil system, control oil system, water washing system, air intake system, natural gas pressure regulating station system, waste heat boiler flue gas system, afterburning system, turbine lubricating oil system , top shaft oil system, cranking system, circulating water system, closed water system, bypass system, condensate system, water supply system, etc., after the compressor is washed, the gas turbine is ignited and the gas turbine constant speed test , Turbine rushing and related fixed speed test, related electrical test, lifting load, combined cycle, etc.
